What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping rates are subject to your location, based on the Canada Post rates.
All items are sent and priced with tracking.
If you are okay with shipping without tracking please let us know and we can ship a bit cheaper.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and of course, cash with in store pick-up.
If you would like to send a Cheque, or Cashier’s Cheque, we will accept that as well, just let us know so we pull your item as we await payment.
How long will delivery take?
For Canadian parcels, we ship with Canada Post via Chit Chats Express. We try our best to get things out with 2 days of payment. We will keep you updated with the progress, and tracking number when it is available.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine. I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents. I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You can always print an invoice of your purchase, or keep it on your personal computer system. If you would like one added to the parcel for delivery, please let us know and we will gladly do so.
We find that most clients do not an invoice inside their parcel, so it is not common practice. Just let us know, we will do our best to accommodate.
