Terms of Sale
At Toronto Gold Silver & Coins we want to make your shopping experience great. We offer exact shipping with Canada Post or USPS (unless otherwise asked for by the customer), and in-store pick-up.
We strive to maintain an accurate inventory level on our website. Unless otherwise noted, the item shown in the photo is the exact one you will receive. In the event that our inventory levels have not updated accordingly, we will work with you to either find a suitable replacement of cancel the order with full refund.
Our prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Customers wishing to make payment in Canadian funds can certainly do so by contacting us to have a new invoice created. Conversion to Canadian funds will be the exact exchange rate at the time of invoice being created.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Taxes for Canadian Customers
Canadian sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped to a Canadian address. Bullion items (95% pure or higher) are Tax Free.
Taxes for individual provinces and territories are as follows: British Columbia 5% HST; Alberta 5% GST; Saskatchewan 5% GST, 5% PST; Manitoba 5% GST, 7% HST; Ontario 13% HST; Quebec 5% GST, 9.5% PST; Newfoundland 15% HST; Nova Scotia 15% HST; New Brunswick 15% HST; Prince Edward Island 5% GST, 10% PST; Northwest Territories 5% GST; Nunavut 5% GST; Yukon Territory 5% GST.
Our intention is to have properly listed all items. Should a tax exempt piece accidentally require tax payment, will will of course change the invoice, or refund the tax amount if taxes have been paid.
There are taxes on shipping charges to Canadian addresses.
Taxes on Shipments Outside Canada
Canadian sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses outside Canada. For shipments to the U.S.A. or for other International shipments, duties and/or brokerage charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We welcome orders from clients all around the globe. Please note that confirmed payments for all international orders must be received prior to shipping. For larger items, a clearance period of up to 2 weeks may take place. You will be notified if this is the situation. We are pleased to be able accept international payments via Paypal, and major credit cards, however a discount may be offered for wire transfers and other forms of electronic fund transfers. Shipping is charged with the exact shipping cost based on your destination, and shipped with USPS unless otherwise requested. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Most online orders can be immediately processed by credit card using VISA or MasterCard, or by Paypal. Toronto Gold Silver & Coins reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to require an alternate method of payment other than credit card for any order we deem to be necessary. Items purchased by credit card can be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card provided. If you would like to have your items shipped to a P.O. Box or alternate address, some other form of confirmation may be required for security purposes.
If you would like to pay by wire transfer or other electronic fund transfer, bank draft or postal money order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
First Orders over $2500
Should your first order with Toronto Gold Silver & Coins be over $2500 we may, at our discretion, hold your item for payment clearance prior to shipping for a period of up to 2 weeks, or request payment be made in a more secure way such as bank draft of wire transfer to prevent potential fraudulent purchases.
Shipping Costs and Options
Shipping charges will calculate on your item based on your destination. Shipping within Canada is typically more expensive than what we can ship within the USA for.
For Canadian clients, we ship using Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be available typically within 2 days of purchase on all orders where shipping charges are over $4. For bigger pieces, we do have the option of shipping with USPS, typically cheaper, but the potential for taxes and or duties is at the discretion of the buyer.
United States and International customers will have their purchases shipped with USPS unless otherwise requested. Tracking will be available within 2 days of purchase. Duties and or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We can not prevent any specific parcel from being charged duties and or taxes.
Please feel free to add items to your cart and continue shopping. Should you find that you would like to have another item once you have checked out, simply contact us to see if we can catch your order prior to shipping. We gladly combine shipping wherever possible.
Most items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Thursday. For security reasons, we do not ship on Fridays. We will do our best to forward tracking information as it becomes available.
In-store pickup is available at 10341 Yonge Street, Unit #2, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
We welcome you to pick up your order between 9 & 6 Monday – Saturday. Please contact us via phone (905-737-4653) or email (email@example.com) if you wish to pickup your order. There is certainly no charge for in-store pickup, and payment can be made in-store if you wish.
Canadian Coin & Currency respects your right to change your mind. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer an unconditional 14 day return/exchange policy. Simply let us know you wish to return the item and send items securely packaged using a reliable shipping service with tracking.

As soon as we receive your package, we will email you to acknowledge its safe arrival. All returns are subject to authentication. All items must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received, along with all certificates, etc., together with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. Any items altered from their original shipping state will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Refund for your product will be credited in the same payment manner. While you may return an item for any reason, we will appreciate you indicate the reason for the return so we may continue to improve our product offerings and service. Refunds will once we have received the item back and authenticated it being the original item shipped.
For items ordered as sets, collections or bundles, the full set is to be returned for any refund or exchange.
Please note, we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs to items prior to their arrival at our facility. Please ensure your items are securely packaged for their return.
Lay-Away or Divided Payment Options
At Toronto Gold Silver & Coin we understand that you may need time to pay for that special item. We can offer a specialized Layaway program on an individual basis. Minimum of 20% deposit will be required. Please contact us to arrange payment options if this is necessary and we will do our best to work with you. Shipment of items will not be made until the final payment has been cleared.

In the event that an item is mistakenly listed with an incorrect price, Toronto Gold Silver & Coins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Toronto Gold Silver & Coin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged a full refund of the price paid will be processed.
